The public are welcome to attend and listen from the gallery
Open Forum Rules:
5 minutes to address Council
No discussion will take place with Councillors
Mayor is the only person who speaks
Only items on the agenda can be discussed without prior arrangement
Prior to the meeting commencing the Mayor will state;
That the General Manager will be recording the Council Meeting for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy of the Meeting Minutes.
