IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO SUBMITTING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
Prior to submitting your Development Application, please check with Council's Director of Works Mr Colin Owers, to determine whether you will need to pay fees additional to the standard Development Application fees. Additional fees may include Section 64 Contributions, Section 94 Contributions, or other engineering works fees. Council also advises that should you decide to withdraw or cancel your Development Application after it has been submitted, a $500.00 administration fee will be withheld by Council upon application for refund of the relevant fees paid.
